Selected Donations: Spring 2025

As we near midsummer, we write with excitement to share some of the latest donations that have been formally accessioned by our museum members. We are particularly pleased to observe among these recent gifts confluences around expanding representation, with works coming from a diverse range of artists that includes Woody De Othello (American, b. 1991), Doris Salcedo (Colombian, b. 1958), Jacqueline Kiyomi Gork (American, b. 1982), and Ana Teresa Fernández (Mexican, b. 1981), among numerous others.

We are also thrilled to support the specific collecting mandates of our partner institutions, as seen in the Museum of Contemporary Photography’s (MoCP) recent acquisition of a suite of Jackie Nickerson (American, b. 1960) photographs and the Art Students League’s addition of a George McNeil (American, 1908-1995) painting, aligning with its focus on works by its instructors and alumni.

Finally, we are excited to announce much-anticipated placements like the work of Daisy Patton (American), which commanded great attention in our last catalogue.

Please join us in celebrating all of these successful matches and still more ahead!
