Selected Donations: Spring 2026
After the long weekend celebrating America's 250th anniversary, we wanted to look back at some of the gifts we completed together in the last quarter.
We were thrilled to continue to support our member museums in accessioning a wide range of works from a diverse array of artists. Among these were works from leading artists that commanded great attention in our catalogues, such as those by Alison Saar (American, b. 1956) and Trevor Paglen (American, b. 1974).
Other placements included conceptual installations like South Beach Blue No. 036 (2018) from Jessica Vaughn (American, b. 1983) and A Good Deal (2011) by Sara Ramo (Spanish, b. 1975), now part of the collections at the Columbus Museum of Art and Nasher Museum of Art at Duke University, respectively.
More recent gifts extended our members’ commitments to deepening representation through their collections. Among others, we helped to bring works by artists Ryan Trecartin (American, b. 1981) and Rob Pruitt (American, b. 1964) to the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art and Ogunquit Museum of American Art, respectively, institutions with a dedicated focus on presenting the work of LGBTQIA+ artists.
We hope you’ll take a moment to appreciate these and other works that our community brought into their collections.
